Tips to find out if and article is true or fake!

 This week my class has been learning ways on how to find out if articles tell real or fake stories. Here is my Canva poster about tips to see if an article is true or fake.

I did it by using Canva and finding a background that's not to busy so then you can read the words. I tried to make a good colour combination so it is more pleasing to the eye. Then I thought of a few tips that I thought were good enough and put them on. After I let you know that I did it by finding a design of cool text and put a heading on. Have you ever made a poster on Canva before?

Some Cool Pluto facts.

 Here is my Pluto website. Last week my class learned all about Pluto we also have been learning to make google sites.

I made it by going into my drive and clicking new then I went to more at the bottom and clicked on Google site. I started by stating the facts that I knew about Pluto and put in a picture. After that I went on a website got a picture about Pluto and found out how long it takes Pluto to get around the Sun. It takes 247.9 Earth years for Pluto to make one orbit around the Sun, at an average speed of 10,623 miles per hour (17,096 kilo meters per hour). I think I did pretty well with the website however I think I could have done better. I know a lot of things about Pluto now. Do you think Pluto should become a planet once again?

We had a challenge with a couple of people at a time to see who has got the best helicopter.

   

These are the paper helicopters we made for a reading task at school because it was related to the story. I had to get a 1x10 inches strip of paper and a paperclip. We had to fold the paper in half and fold the flaps down after that we had to fold the other end of the helicopter 2 inches up and then put a paperclip on the end. I am proud of it because it spins really well. It was really cool seeing everybody spinning the helicopters.

My Ship creation

This is my ship creation. It is called the Sea Basher because bashes against all the waves and does not end up in any mishaps. I did it because for a reading task. we had to make up our own custom boat. I have made a boat that will never ever sink because it is small and steady over waves. I did it by making a Pixle Editor ocean waves with Gradient and pencil for the white pieces. After I just made up a random design and put it all together after captions.

This is my story map. I have created this because it is a part of all my reading tasks it's also good because you retell about what you have read. I am proud of it because I liked the pictures that I made. I had learn't that I for the best should not do anything to dangerous if I do I will be care full.

This is my story map for this week. I have learn't that we call times like 1153 the middle ages. I also learn't that in  that  time people were put to death if they were caught trying to steal food when they were forced to leave their farm. This is my story board about it .Xanthe.
