This is my story map for this week. I have learn't that we call times like 1153 the middle ages. I also learn't that in that time people were put to death if they were caught trying to steal food when they were forced to leave their farm. This is my story board about it .Xanthe.

ReplyDeleteWell done on creating such a fantastic story map about the Middle Ages! ‘Alfred’s in Danger’ is a great title to have chosen for your story map as it gives us, as the audience, a little bit of insight as to what your story might be about.
I really like the way you have designed your characters! Keeping Alfred’s outfit a different colour to the other character’s outfits allows us to easily identify him throughout your story map, so ka pai for your ingenuity!
Did you do this on purpose, or was it just a coincidence?
You mentioned how the family felt like they were in danger when they woke up. What was it that made them feel like they were in danger?
You also mentioned how people were forced to leave their farms and live in the forest, and if they were caught stealing they would be put to death!
It makes me think about the world we live in today, and how much better of a lifestyle we have compared to those born in the Middle Ages. Could you imagine if somebody just came into your home one night and took it over?
It definitely wouldn’t be a nice feeling!
Overall, I have really enjoyed reading through and looking at your story map.
