Our class has been doing monthly Minecraft challenges to convince all the other teachers in our school to understand that Minecraft is a reliable source to use for writing. So basically we do one of the monthly challenges on Minecraft Education and then have to write a certain amount of words about why we chose to make that thing and explaining what we made to be finished. So it's practically writing. Here are a couple of my photos.
This challenge was what we would build on a desert island. I built a one person bach and they have to swim in the water instead of taking a shower at whatever time they want. I don't really take much interest in Minecraft but a monthly challenge doesn't bother me. I had a lot of fun and am so excited for the next Minecraft challenge. Do you think that Minecraft is a reliable source for writing?
